By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  1. Information We Collect and Store

    The App stores the following types of data necessary to provide its services:

    • References to Customer IDs: The App may store customer IDs provided by BigCommerce for the purpose of facilitating communications between the App and the relevant customers.
    • Metadata about Pickup Dates and Time: The App may store metadata related to pickup dates and times associated with customer orders. This information is utilized to ensure a smooth checkout and pickup experience.
    • Settings Related to Features of the Checkout Experience: The app may store certain settings related to the features and preferences chosen by Users for their customers’ checkout experience. These settings are retained to maintain consistency across sessions and to enhance user experience.
    • API Credentials for 3rd Party Systems: The App may securely store API credentials for third party systems, including but not limited to, BigCommerce, Payment Providers, and Gift Card Providers. These credentials are necessary for the App to interact with these external services and provide its intended functionalities.


    Security of Stored Data: We take appropriate measures to safeguard the data stored by the App. This includes encryption of sensitive information and access controls to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of data. The App follows industry best practices to protect the stored data and regularly reviews its data storage policies to ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.

  2. Information We Do Not Store

    The App does not store the following types of information:

    • Non-Retention of Customer Data: The App does not store any personal customer data, such as credit card information, payment details, or sensitive financial data. All customer-related transactions and data remain within the BigCommerce platform, and the App does not retain any of this information.
    • Non-Retention of Login Credentials: The App does not store your BigCommerce login credentials, including usernames and passwords. The App uses secure authentication protocols provided by BigCommerce to access your account data with your explicit authorization.
    • Non-Retention of Order Data: The App does not retain any order data, such as purchase history or customer order details. All order-related information is fetched directly from BigCommerce when required and is not stored within the App's database.
    • Non-Retention of Accounts: The App does not store any personal information related to customers and Users, such as User’s account credentials for customer logins, contact information, or financial data. The App does not store any value balances for gift cards. The App acts as a communication conduit between BigCommerce and Users but does not retain any sensitive seller-related information.


    Please be assured that we prioritize data privacy and security, and we have designed the App to limit data storage to the minimum required for its intended functionalities.

  3. Data Sharing and Disclosure.

    • Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to assist us in operating the App and providing services to you. These providers may have access to your information but are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for any other purpose.
    • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or the use of your information.
    • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law or in response to valid legal requests from governmental authorities.

  4. Children's Privacy.

    The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.
